1. Asking for price
If the customer is interested in our products, or the customer provides a picture or design of the product with detailed product parameters, then we will offer quotes to our customers as soon as possible. We also provide proof service, if the customer needs to proof the sample, we will give the customer proof after receiving the proofing fee.
2. Make sample
When all details are confirmed between customer and us, we will start to make sample. The lead time for the sample depands on the custom towels whether complicated or simple, which usually needs 5-7days.
When sample finished, we will send the custom sample to our customer via DHL or Fedex, UPS, Post, etc. which generally needs 3-7days while most fast is 3days but cost high.
4. Final Confirmation
When receiving sample, if the custom sample meets your need that will be perfect, but if sample has some place need to be modified, customers can tell us and then we can modify and send it again until that is perfect for your requirement.
5. Move to order
When all details confirmed, we can move to order:
By T/T. Before manufacturing, we usually need 30% deposit. After receiving your deposit, we will start to manufacture. When goods finished, we will take photos, videos and list details to you. Then you need to send the balance payment before shipment, or balance paid when receiving the copy Bill of Lading.
By L/C. The buyer first deposits the payment to the bank, and the bank will open a letter of credit to notify us. After receiving the letter of credit, we will manufacture and deliver the goods according to the terms stipulated in the contract and the letter of credit, and the bank will pay on behalf of the buyer after receiving full set of documents such as Bill of Lading.
6. Shipping goods
When goods finished, we will start booking ship and arranging shipment, or you can booking ship by yourself, which depends on the trade terms stipulated in the contract and the letter of credit.
7. Import customs clearance
When goods arrive at the port of your country, you should find a import agency to make customs clearance for the towels/blankets/tablecloths you have bought so you can get these goods.
